The double lunge offers more diverse uses than a simple lunge. It takes an important role in training or correcting both the riding horse and the driving horse. Horses can be worked and trained effectively without rider weight. However, this requires a higher level of training of the person using it. Therefore, more advanced courses focusing on double lungeing or specialized literature are recommended.
