The underwear allows for a wide range of uses, it can be used in almost any field/sports activity where the aim is to keep the body temperature at an even level. Forcefield's Base Layer system is a BeCool™ based technical underwear made of polyamide fibres with "AIR FLOW CONTROL" function, which helps to keep the body temperature at a constant level during sports and leisure activities, regardless of the outside temperature. Moisture wicking in hot conditions, wicks away perspiration to the outer surface of the fabric, keeping the body dry and ensuring a comfortable feeling. Due to its composition, its diffusion surface is four times that of cotton and typically twice that of other similar fabrics, thus cooling the body more effectively by wicking away perspiration. In cold conditions, because it fits snugly against the body, it prevents excessive heat loss, keeping the body warm. The fabric is soft, lightweight and silky to the touch, with no seams where possible or flat-seam technology to avoid irritation or rubbing of the body during use. A good quality underwear that adheres to the body is always the first layer of clothing, and should not be worn under any clothing, especially cotton, as this would compromise the above mentioned positive properties. It is important that the underwear is able to "pass on" the perspiration wicking away from the body, i.e. it is also advisable to choose a garment that is sweat-wicking for the next layer of clothing (thermal clothing in spring and autumn, and a jacket in summer).
