Stiefel Mineral Paste

Composition: green alumina, herbal extracts (arnica, chamomile, menthol), water.

Indication: To complement the treatment of chronic, joint and muscle pains, ligament strains, difficult to heal, recurring problems of swollen, edematous tissues. The natural ingredients of green alumina and the added arnica, chamomile and menthol relax and regenerate. It can be used both hot and cold. For strained tendons, muscles, ligaments and joints, when limbs are warm, for sprains. Arnica is anti-inflammatory and pain reliever.

Suggested use: Can be used as a cold or hot pack. As needed, 1-2 times a day approx. Apply a 1 cm thickness to the part of the body to be treated, massage it in, leave it on for 2-3 hours, then wash it off with plenty of water. If you use it as a warm pack, use the same procedure, but heat the paste from the box for 15-20 minutes before use.

Warning: The product can only be used on intact, intact skin! Do not get in eyes or mucous membranes! Wash your hands thoroughly after use! Keep out of reach of children! Storage: Store at room temperature.
